Get some cheap peripherals and a cheap win10 key and then you can upgrade the former once you get a little more cash in the bank.

You can of course lower this with things like getting a smaller monitor etc.

This is my recommendation, will have you playing anything you want medium+ settings at 60 FPS minimum.

For the windows key I'd recommend finding a key on one of the key sites for around $15 or less.

Later down the road getting more ram and a cpu cooler. Then getting better peripherals, (Mouse, Keyboard, then Monitor.)

If you want help, give us the adequate information.

What is your budget and currency including peripherals? 900USD, CAD, NZD, AUD?
What peripherals do you need? Monitor, keyboard, and mouse, but anything else?
Any monitor preference(ultrawide, higher refresh rate, higher resolution)?
Will you overclock?
What exactly will the system be used for, what games/programs will be used?
Any preferences(brand, aesthetics, etc)?
