They aren't using it when they need to and then they use it on dumb shit and spoil games.

They need to have rules in place about when and where to use it otherwise its open to abuse

It certainly doesn't remove bias.

When you say it wastes time that is correct but to be honest that time that was "wasted" gets put into stoppage time anyway so that time is added on anyway.

I think it has became very useful in this world cup and have seen no problems with it at all, maybe the odd debate but we are always going to have that.
