Previously Yonkou on twitter confirmed a 2nd cour of Tokyo Ghoul RE: but at the time there was no official confirmation even though he's always been right, well now it has been official confirmed in the new Jump magazine. Supposedly it will be airing in October.

Update - When this returns it'll be adapting the entire manga to the final chapter. No amount of episodes of how long it'll be is released.
