So I brought gold off Mmoga which is the first then get a email about I need to send them I'd or whatever why didn't they say that before buying? I have id but I'm not going to Send it them I don't remember having to with eBay/Amazon so why should I have to? Anyway I issued a refund so let's see how it goes anyone ever ran into them before? If so how long does it take for a refund if anyone knows thanks

Its usually only for larger purchases, only time ive been ID'd online like that is for purchases over $450, you basically send them a photo of you holding your ID or just your ID depending on website.
Reason it doesnt happen on Amazon or eBay is that they are a bigger company and can either afford the loss if its fraudulant or can fight the case and get some money back.
Refunds normally take a few days but can stretch to 10 business days depending on payment method etc.

The site MMORPG are a safe site ive sent them my id well over a year ago and ive continued to make purchases with them no silly business has ever happend between myself and them

Ty both for the replies got it sorted now asked for a refund as I said I wasn't gonna send I'd after a purchase is made and they said there send me the code without I'd needed
