The ipsw is iOS 11.3.1 firmware downloaded off ipsw.me, it's just a way to get official iOS firmware that are available to downgrade and do it via iTunes rather than over the air as doing it over the air could cause the jailbreak to crash while trying to install it

If anyone is looking for a jailbreak I'd suggest use update to iOS 11.3.1 before the signing window closes and it's just a matter of time before Ian releases his exploit and coolstar then therefore update Electra to support iOS 11.3.1.

Kernel exploit (multipath_kfree) has been confirmed to be reliable on test device on iOS 11.3.1 firmware

that's what coolstar needed so he can update his Electra jb to support ios 11.0 - 11.3.1
which should take a few hours

Also iOS 11.3.1 is still currently being signed so grab it will use can
