Adblockers are great but these are why you should turn them OFF

1. Support your favorite sites, and content creators.

They have ads for a reason they produce money just like anywhere else that is why you should have adblocker off when you're on TTG or watching your favorite content creators because ads, no site or videos!

2. Some ads can introduce you to a product you never knew about

I know that most ads are really pesky and annoying but you never do know, maybe an ad will come along for a game or a new computer parts sale that you didn't know about and that can impulse you to go get something!

3. It's just wrong.

This brings me back to point 1. If you had a website like TheTechGame you would want people to see the ads so you are able to pay for the site to be up. Now with this being said can you all PLEASE turn them off at least while you are on TTG. I don't want to lose this amazing site and I am sure you don't either

Sure, but people like me hate ads.

Neither one of these apply to everyone

I hate ads as well. Its just when I am on here or on YouTube I turn AdBlocker off, mainly for the fact that I want my favorite things to stay around

I only have ad enabled for TTG and Youtube

Like you said, supporting what you really like certainly matters

I only have it on for websites that block content. I enable it on most main stream websites. TTG, youtube, reddit, etc. that know how to place ads properly.

I have uBlock set to whitelist sites that I frequent and that don't place cancerous video ads and such. i.e. TTG, Reddit, YouTube, imgur, etc

Leaving ad block off helps content to stay free and get updated. It helps everyone for a little of your bandwidth.

I had mine off, then I had a bunch of stupid pop-ups about winning mobiles < although Sean has looked into it and was resolving it > I found it best to keep it off from time being, although I turn on now and again.. but I do my best to support the website by gifting gold rather than turning off adblocker.

as for other sites.
It's always off, if there's something I'm interested in I'll research it rather than find it via an add.

Someone could easily make a topic saying why you shouldn't turn them off. It's down to personal preference.

I hate ad's and will keep them on websites that don't know how to properly place their ads or have a bunch of obnoxious redirect ads
