Hi here's the specs to my personal pc,
I5 3300 3ghz 3.2 turbo
8 gb Corsair ddr3 vengeance ram
Gtx750ti 2gb
300 watt psu but looking to upgrade,
I understand its relatively low end but would I be able to run pubg and fortnite and if not any advice in upgrading the right parts would be much appreciated if possible

I would say that it is good enough to run both pubg and fortnite. You meet the recommended specs for fortnite and the minimum specs for pubg. You may not get 100+fps on the games but you will still be able to run them quite smoothly.
