Depends what it's being used for, and what monitor(s) you're using with the system. Also, you're missing storage.

I think you're really over paying for RAM, you could definitely save money there. You could save $30-50 on the motherboard as well pretty easily. I'd swap the cooler for a Corsair H1xx or Cooler Master 240/280mm AIO, or a high end air cooler like a Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3/4. You absolutely don't need anywhere near 750W. You could get a top tier 550/650W PSU for $85-90, so just save the $15-20 and get a better PSU, like an EVGA G2/G3 unit instead of the GQ, or a Seasonic Focus Plus Gold.

Lastly, do not pay $400 for a GTX 1060. GTX 1070s should be less than that by this point, so I think paying that much for a mid ranged GPU is just ridiculous. You can get a new 6GB 1060 for less than $350, or a 3GB 1060 under $300, but I'd recommend looking for a used Maxwell card, like a GTX 980 which you should be able to find for roughly $200.
