Well, she was let out by someone at an unknown time on Thursday. She's been gone now for a little over 28 hours and there's been zero signs of her. I've noticed 3-4 other cats, but not her. She's in heat so that's another deal breaker in this situation meaning she could gone for 1 day to 2 weeks; maybe even longer. I'll update this thread with my findings.
This really kills me as she's gotten me through so much.. She's my personal little anxiety-stress-reliever. Losing her would be the end of me. I'm praying to God she comes back in good condition. Scratch that; I just want her to come back.. Thanks for listening to me rant about my lost cat..
I love you Willow.. I hope you come back.
UPDATE: Today is 3/19/18. I went outside at about 4:52AM and saw & heard her meowing. I now know she's alive, so that's good. I'll update more later.
UPDATE: I FOUND HER! Thank you so much everyone for the love & support. TTG is honestly the most heartwarming place to go to during a crisis. You guys, and gals, are always there for me and I can't thank you all enough.

Yes. We're keeping them updated. She doesn't have a collar, but she's a one of a kind cat, so she really isn't too hard to distinguish.

have you had her for a long time? if so she should know where home is. she should come back when she gets hungry

Yeah, we've had her since she was a kitten, and it's been 3 years. She only really knows this area.

Losing her won't "be the end" of you, don't worry.
Yes, we can grow very personal attachments to animals but,
what most people never realize is these companions are still wild at heart.
And nature doesn't take breaks for your relationships.
I hope you find her, just remember you'll find a new furry friend to share your love with if she doesn't. Stay positive!

Hopefully nothing bad has happened to her. If this helps at all our cat goes off on adventures and sometimes doesn't show for 4 days up to a week and he returns. Cats love to explore, your best bet is probably reaching out to people on Facebook in your area

When they are in heat they usually come back after they mate with another cat , and she will be pregnant

Really hope your cat turns up , But I believe she's fine just probably getting passed around by all the big daddy's lol
She'll be back any day now but she'll most mikey be pregnant ,
