When you say 'Stream Box' do you mean streaming Movies, Netflix, Etc?
Or do you mean playing games while streaming them?

If it is for a movie set up, this will do fine. I'd get a better HDD for reading instead of writing for better movie playback.

If you're going for Gaming, no. Just. No.

No to connect to my ps4 via elgato HD60 to then stream from the pc to twitch using obs
