I'm from the netherlands so my english isnt amazing
Specs:
Amd fx 8370
Gigabyte gtx 1080
Gigabyte ga-970a-ud3p
16gb ddr3
150 ssd

When i play minecraft i have 80 fps thats very low because 4 months ago i had 300+
Other games are not that amazing

What are some of the other games you play. That CPU is definitely bottlenecking your 1080 if you are playing @ 1080p.

Do you have the latest drivers? Have you considered doing a fresh install of Windows?
This is usually the sure fired way to make sure it isn't a software / driver issue.

make sure all your drivers are up to date and have the newest version of Windows

I might be the cpu like potion said I don't think there very compatible together. Is this just now and issue or on going

Definitely sounds like a bottleneck. Your CPU just isn't up to the task anymore. Try to do a driver sweep or a fresh install of Windows just to be sure though. If that doesn't work I would recommend saving up some money on a new everything else except your graphics card.

You shouldn't be getting worse performance now, after a GPU upgrade, even if the CPU is your bottleneck(which it is).

Download HWInfo or HWMonitor and keep an eye on the temps and load of your CPU and GPU.
