I have the apple watch series 2 and I love it. I use it while I'm working out and also just as a daily watch to wear as I can talk on it while I'm driving, and also text easily if I'm in class and busy. It's just really convenient in my opinion. So yea I think that if you can find a use for it then go for it, for sure it's a very great watch.
