Like everyone else. Call of Duty Lobbies. Just being here to interact with the community keeps me here. I love The Tech Game and everyone on site. I really don't have no ups and downs. Maybe when Brigand beat me in the first MOTM poll.

Reports vary. I tend to see reports mostly in the afternoon (EST).

I handle maybe 15-20 a day and none on some days. All of the other hard working staff usually beat me to it.

Major issue is multi-quoting. ADD IT SEANNY BOI.

It's discussed though the administration but it's really YOU that makes the decision come up. If you tend to follow site rules, behave, and help out, you are an awesome member.

My question is what decides someone being picked as moderator? I understand there's lots that go into this decision as a user has to be supremely trusted but what is something to kinda get your head out there?

Not saying I'm entirely fit as a staff member but I just seen in a previous post that there isn't many reports coming in for spam or useless posts and I see bucket loads, of course I report all of these and generally see myself reporting 3-4 posts alone. I don't even always report cause sometimes I think some posts are so useless that I'm surprised it hasn't been spotted and taken down.

When there is a need for staff, usually the admins will check in with Sean and then contact the member in mind asking if they want to part-take. Show that you know the site, follow the rules, and stay on your best behavior.

Famous would make a good admin. (He just needs to take spelling classes again, but all in seriousness he would be a good admin)

I work as a Civil Engineer/Estimator for a road construction company. I dropped out of college but I am considering going back to get my degree in web development.

Before I became staff I dont think I ever actually spoke to Sean haha

I have been friends with Elijah (Naggy) for a minute, and played a lot of xbox with him. Played games and talked with him, Cent, RedJ, kootah (Matt), Lost, blonded (Mark), Saki, Zach (Suhpose), and Tricks on a daily basis.

I played a LOT of Smite with Spencer (Lyttle), Cent, Elijah and Lost. I was also really active on the site.

Well, a few staff were inactive and were stepping down and I had been friends with some staff for a while so I was in an xbox party talking with Matt, Cent and Elijah when Matt decided he was stepping down. After that they asked me to become a staff member.

After I was promoted I still think I've spoken to Sean a few times.

I go to school right now for Healthcare Administration and a minor in Biology. Originally I wanted to go to school to become a doctor (Pediatrics) but found out I had greater strengths in administrative work. I currently work for a Healthcare Facility for the elderly who are rehabilitating from falls and other injuries.

Im currently a member of ACHCA which is a professional organization for Healthcare Administrators and plan on running for president of my universities student chapter this Spring.

Aside from being on TTG, what are your hobbies?

Future plans are to make the site stable enough that we can go totally ad-free.

everything is spread across the site there is not a main control panel.

Would you ever work with another developer other than Teli?
Sure I work with other developers outside of TTG it's pretty normal really. if you mean would I work with another developer on TTG over telli that's a no while he remains here pretty much he's got the role for life. he's put up with me for almost a decade a very rare trust grows with that amount of time its not something you can just replace.

Ended up making it to Junior year in college for Computer Engineering. Then out of nowhere, my college decided to drop the major long story but honestly came out on top after that curveball now working as a Database Administrator. In good time I will return to college to finish my degree.

I have to agree with some others on the team Famous would be a good admin. The man receives a lot of hate lol haters gonna hate. No, we don't get paid.

Well yeah boosting lol and of course, selling cod & gtav recoveries. Wasn't active much until about 2015. What keeps me here is the community made a lot of friends on here.
