Don't know much about RGHs but I saw a topic earlier talking about Auth servers being down? That might a reason, but again I don't know much about them.

That could be a reason, if you just received your rgh and it came with games. its possible you'll need to connect to xbox live first before your games will properly work. you also must open your games by going into xex menu, going to hdd, finding your games folder, choosing the game then finding the default_mp.xex to do a clean launch.

If your games are still not functioning you will need to delete what you have and reinstall the game properly.
