Watching youtube, twitch, browsing through files, anything like that i get small freezes and sometimes longer.
No idea how that works or how it can be fixed but, I have a "SSD-120gb" @62.2gb left so drive space isn't the problem here. My "ISP" has been having issues lately but what about the issue occurring with my files and offline games?
Task manager always tells me my "CPU" is around }5-30% but thermal paste hasn't been replaced in 8 months, TBH that isn't the issue either. I have done a scan with "BitDefender" and cleared/optimized(Defragged), so whats the issue?
