Update, my MPG is increasing after working out I was hitting the turbo too much lol, this is now climbing in the 44+

I had a Fiesta Zetec S 1.0 (125bhp) and my average was around 43MPG at best, even after resetting the average several times. I always used 98ron fuel, which I think helped but not by a great deal. Realistically I think the only way you'd get near 65MPG is if you owned the TDCI version.
I now own a Fiesta ST and I average around 34MPG. So overall, between a 3 Cylinder 1.0 and a 4 Cylinder 1.6 there's not a lot of difference. (Both Cars from new)

You'll never get the mpg your car says. Usually the numbers are slightly exaggerated. Regardless, what you're getting now is pretty phenomenal.

Dam thats incredible. I only get 11 in my truck and 8 in my work truck. lol But i don't see myself driving in a small car.

Yeah its climbed again to about 43Mpg, great car for a 1L
