Budget & Currency: $1200 USD

Peripherals & Monitor: Need it all, prefer 4k system and monitor

Games: BF1, Skyrim, DayZ, highest quality i can get i will take!

Software: OS not needed

Aesthetics: Clean and sleek case, watercooling preferred

Rebates/Promos:

Details: Prefer an SSD over 500gb if able to be done, intel vs amd doesnt matter, performance is king!

It's going to be really tough getting a 4k monitor and a system capable of running the games you plan on playing at 4k well within your budget.

Almost $200 over but you get the 4k monitor and a GTX 1070, which will let you play comfortably at 4k. Anything lower end than a 1070 isn't really going to be worth it. At that point, you'd be better sticking with the GTX 1070 and getting a cheaper monitor. Oh, and you can swap the Eclipse P400 case for an Eclipse P300 to save $20.

$1240 with the P300 instead of the P400. Nice 1440p monitor which you should be able to easily overclock between 96-120Hz. If you really need it cheaper than this, you'll have to drop down to 8GB RAM;
