Drop the cooler and run stock Ryzen cooler. Get a better motherboard and faster RAM. PSU is good but wattage is a bit low. It'll do for the majority of low end to mid ranged systems, but depending on the price there is probably a better PSU you could get. Good luck doing any sort of gaming with a GT 710. It doesn't belong in any system, never mind one intended for gaming.

Based on the information you've given me, this is what I'd suggest;

CPU: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($109.86 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($89.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($77.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($77.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Video Card: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($144.99 @ Amazon)
Case: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($85.98 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($57.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $644.79

Instead of the Phanteks Eclipse P400 grab an Eclipse P300 for $25 less. Grab a used GTX 980 for $190-210 or a used GTX 970 for $140-160 instead of the GTX 1050Ti.

I don't know what games you plan on playing, what else you will use the system for, or what monitor(s) you'll be using though.

You also don't need a DVD drive (It's 2017 optical media is dead) and I highly recommend not getting Windows 7 because Ryzen CPU's are not supported by it. Get Windows 10.
