New Laptop Help

So my dad bought me a Dell Latitude E7250. I was wondering if I am able to run games on it. I want to play Gta San Andreas ans Saints Row 2 the most. Also am I able to do any major upgrades on it to help it run better?

Considering it's an ultrabook you wouldn't be able to upgrade anything worthwhile. You might get away with play San Andreas but I think SR2 is harder to run.
You only have an i5-5300U processor which is capable of general use but not really for gaming.

5300U is perfectly fine for gaming, you just need an eGPU which avoids the whole "laptop".
You can run very few games on the iGPU and will be fine for a less intensive sandbox, and or indies, nothing that really requires graphical power.
