Hey guys, was wondering what you guys thought of my build. Im no expert in PC building but I think my build is pretty good. Would love to hear what you guys think. Also, I was wondering how likely the potential issue on the bottom of the page would happen.

more than likely, as most vishera chips never had 970 chipsets updated. That is overpriced for everything really and on a closed upgrade path.

Help us we will help you.

Budget?
Aesthetics?
Plan of use?
Overclocking?

That's a horrible system. 10/10 waste of money. Please do not buy that, it would be a HUGE mistake.

I'm not even sure why you've put this list together? Do you already have this system? The GPU and CPU are several generations old. The case is a couple of generations old as well. PSU is trash for a $1000 system. CPU cooler that costs more than the CPU itself is laughable honestly.

Significantly better than what you were looking at, and still cheaper if you include the cost of The Define R4 in your list. However, you can drop the 16GB RAM in this system to 1x8GB 3000MHz to get the entire system under $1000CAD. Fully modular PSU, and better quality. Newer, nicer case. Significantly newer and better CPU on a socket that's not dead. Newer generation GPU that will offer much better performance than the 750Ti for less. Spend the extra $10 for the 850 EVO over the MX300 if you want.
