There is no way to do what you're asking for, but you can have a modder reset your stats and set you back up to 14th prestige. I know you don't want your stats reset, but there would be no way to do this because you aren't allowed to lower stats when editing them.

For example, lets say BO1 had 20 prestiges instead of 15. You're currently 16th and want to get it changed to 14th, which is lower so it can't be done. However, if you wanted to go up to any prestige 17-20, it would be possible since you are raising the stats and no lowering them. Not sure if that makes sense to you, but it will make sense to any modder who knows what they're doing.
