I have never done graphics and want to practice some and was wondering whats the best app/website to use that is free because I'm sure I won't end up using it a lot so I don't see the point in wasting money but if I enjoy it I may invest.

I want to practice making some thumbnails and avatars and banners.

Any advice or recommendations?

Try the adobe Photoshop, you can use a trial for free, and i recommend watching tutorials on using the tools and how to make designs you want to make

If you have access to the Play store, you should be able to search "Adobe" and find listings for various different Adobe products, such as:

  • Adobe Photoshop Express
  • Adobe Photoshop Lightroom
  • Adobe Photoshop Sketch
  • Adobe Illustrator Draw

Additionally, there are also various websites that you should be able to access at which you'd be able to delve into Graphic Design, these websites are:

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (YouTube Banners, Clipart, etc)
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (Photo editing)
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (Create various logos for branding)

All just a quick Google search away!
