If everything is disconnected then it will more than likely be a hardware issue if it is in fact a retail console

Boot your RGH up but press the power button then the eject right after and change your plugins. That's what helped me out

If nothing I mentioned worked then its going to be a hardware issue, more than likely overheating. What kind of AV cable are you using or is an hdmi cable? If you don't have an hdtv make sure if you're using an av adapter that is set to standard and not hdtv. You can also try holding down LT+Y when you boot up to reset you screen settings. If none of this works then its a hardware issue.

If it is an overheating issue then they're are a lot of different things you can try to fix it yourself if you don't want to send it out to be repaired. For starters make sure its in a well ventilated area and not sitting on carpet or something like that. Also put it on its side and not standing up, you can use drink caps or something of that sort to lift it off of whatever surface it's on to see if that helps at all. You can also look into putting new thermal paste on the processors under the heat sinks. There are a ton of different things you could try, google is your friend if you're looking for an easy temporary fix.

Like I said a few times above, it's more than likely overheating and if you don't know how to repair it yourself will need to be professionally repaired
