Hello guys, im creating a off-road Group and am going to be creating a website/forum site for this company i am starting up. I am Curious on whats the best in your option Fourm/Website builders? Im looking for alot of customization but still where i can choose from different templates. Also i want to run a shop on the website as well as a fourm. I want to be able to have admins/mods control the fourms and have Customizable ranks for the members. Please let me know what you guys think would be the best. I will + Rep to anyone that take the time and suggest a good website.

Website: Download a HTML template and customize it yourself (easy); Or you can use wix
Forum: IPB, Mybb, Xenforo are all good
OT: Not really a lot of sites with good web builders (very limited and look ugly 90% of the time)

MyBB or PHPBB will probably be your best best. They are free to use and very powerful. Just takes time to mold it to suit your needs.
As for a website, it depends if you want the forum to be the landing page or another site entirely.

I would like to have the site go to like lets say a Home page and then have a few tabs like Store, Forums, About etc.

Then it really depends on how you want to go about it, complexity wise.
As you could run forums off of a sub domain like:
forums.website.com
community.website.com
then also have a standalone store using software like OpenCart under
store.website.com
shop.website.com
Either that or using plugins from forum software to have them all combined. IP.Board has extra plugins like Commerce and Pages to build websites all into 1 all linked to one account. Pages allows custom landing pages and Commerce is a built in shop using the users forum account.
So it really depends how you want to go about it.

MyBB is a great free on ipb is good to but you gotta pay for liscense.

If you don't want to pay anything, go with MyBB, brilliant free forum software. If not, check out IPB or XenForo.
