I'd say have one day off. Every other day switch from push to pull. Have one day of push next day of pull and so on

Easily achievable if you are dedicated. And as someone in this thread said, it's mostly 60% diet and 40% working out. Good luck.

Galaxy_Graphics wrote My goal is to go to the gym everyday for 8 months starting tomorrow to turn my body fat into muscle

That's not physically possible.

You burn fat, you build muscle. They're two different things and require two different processes to build/lose.

I wouldn't recommend going to the gym to lose weight either, especially if you've never been before. Just build a diet of around 1600-2000 calories and stick to that everyday and you'll lose fat simply from your body not having enough energy and using your fat to make up for the lack of food.

Get down to a decent bodyfat percentage of around 10-14% and then join the gym and start bulking from there on out.

I was also wondering this. I'm 5'10 and weigh 175 but some people just have a different type of frame.

OP, stay dedicated and active and you'll have no problem turning that excess body fat into muscle. A lot depends on your diet but you also have to stay active. I have a few friends that swear by ketogenic type diets, it's worth looking into. If you can't get to the gym regularly that's really no big deal if you set your mind to living an active lifestyle. Things as simple as going out and doing yard work or trail riding (depending if you have access to that) and stuff like that really help. I've rarely been to gym to work out but I'm a cattle farmer and that gives me a all the excersice I need because it's hard physical work.

Good luck to you and I hope you can achieve your goal.

You cant turn fat into muscle its not possible , if you have a lot of fat I would recommend cutting first and then start bulking to add lean mass.
