I'm 17 years old and I have some body fat. As of right now I weigh 176lbs. My goal is to go to the gym everyday for 8 months starting tomorrow to turn my body fat into muscle. I took a before picture and i'm going to take a after picture and maybe some progress pictures. What do you guys think of my goal? Think I can do it?!

Firstly, I assume you are just starting to work out so its going to a bit of a shock to system. Everyday is not recommended for two reasons; you need rest days and it will be a motivation killer if it becomes a chore rather than something you want to do.

A quote from a Terry Crews AMA gives you a good idea of how to treat your new gym goal.
TREAT THE GYM LIKE A SPA.
Yes. It has to feel good. I tell people this a lot - go to the gym, and just sit there, and read a magazine, and then go home. And do this every day.
Go to the gym, don't even work out. Just GO. Because the habit of going to the gym is more important than the work out. Because it doesn't matter what you do. You can have fun - but as long as you're having fun, you continue to do it.
But what happens is you get a trainer, your whole body is sore, you can't feel your legs, and you're not coming back the next day - you might not come back for a year!
I worked my way up to 2 hours a day. I ENJOY my workouts. They are my peace, my joy - I get my whole head together! I value that time more than my shower! And it really gets me together. But it's a habit.
There are times when - I'm not even kidding - there are times when I"m in the middle of a work out, and actually woke up because i am so engrained with going to the gym and being there - it's that much of a habit to me. The first thing I do in the morning is work out - I lay out my workout clothes the night before, and just hop in 'em.
So lay out your clothes, and go to the gym, and relax

Set out a solid meal plan specific to your needs and wants. You can do 3 hours a day at the gym but if you are eating like a dumpster then its going to be counter productive and knock you off track.

some guy suggested me one.

He said mainly eat greens and stay away from carbs because they're 3x [something like that] harder to burn
eat chia beans because they burn cals faster [athletes take them in meals before workout]
drink lots of water [7+ bottles i think]
carb blow out once like every week and a half [or something, u figure that out]

anyways good luck, i tried going to the gym but got pretty bored heavy lol. Good luck and stay safe, dont try over pushing yourself you dont wanna get hurt.
