I have no hispanic accent when I speak english but I, for some reason, have a southern United States accent when I talk english. Whenever I go to public chat, I get the usual stereotypical southerner insults: hillbilly, redneck, inbred. And I don't even live in the United States mainland.

On the Internet, people will be dicks for the sake of beings dicks. Since it's the Internet, people feel they have the liberty to say what they want; which is true, people can say what they want over the Internet. You'll run into shitty people anywhere, not just the Internet. The problem is that people feel like they've got huge balls for talking shit over Xbox or the Internet in general.

You're gonna have ignorant people anywhere, but probably mostly Americans

Some peoples are just asshats for no reason, it happens everywhere.

I like having American friends, it's fun to make fun of each other for different things like the way we say things, spell things etc. I'm from the North-east part of the UK and we all speak like right tits, and one of my American friends which I would class as a best/close friend now, lives in the south, no real accent but I like to take the piss sometimes as talk to him like a stereo type south American and we laugh.

Anyway, there have been times where I've gotten in parties with my friend in there with other who are complete dicks, now I don't care too much because I know I'm a dick but that's just me, doesn't mean I don't like you or anything, just never take what I say to heart, or do the same back to me. But I totally know where you're coming from

I have British friends that play. And whenever they play, me and a few others give them a hard time. But hey, we are family at the end of the day.

But people who you literally just 'met' start talking shit, that's stupid. Only way you can talk shit to someone, is if you personally know the person and if they know it's all in good fun.

I just mute them and block them so i don't give them the satisfaction they're looking for.
