If it says Theft... then it'll be a charge back, or if you was asking someone for account information over xbox messages, that's considering Phising.

Charge Back = After you made a purchase you take that money back, for example purchasing gold then saying you did not make the payment to receive a refund.

- If you don't know why you was banned.. Contact Support and ask them exactly what was said / done.
