You could always send it in to a JTAG/RGH seller.

You need to buy a nand x and a ave v3 chip. Also need some what good soldiering and a small sodler tip you could find these on amazon.

eBay is good for buying everything, it's the place I buy all my stuff of.

If you have no experience soldering or haven't seen a good amount of tutorials I wouldn't risk trying it yourself, you would be better having it done for you.

Well not really
All I need is the nand x and the ace v3
i already have the console, soldering gun, flux, and the tools to take the console apart.

You could check out eBay. I've seen a couple people get them from there for a fairly decent price.
