Give it time your internet will come back up
Then try and change your IP, if you it doesn't change when you reset router...
Contact your provider and explain to them

Do you know for certain it was a DDOS attack?

Are you sure it's not just a internet issue in your area.

Phone up your ISP, as them to issue you a new IP address.

Else, get a VPN on the go and see if you can connect to the webs that way.

Lack of information is killing me.

Can you get online on any other device?

There's nothing you can really do for the time being. You have to wait it out, your router is essentially recovering from whats happened. Your best bet for now is to ring up your ISP and explain whats happened.

if you're dynamic try keeping your router unplugged for a few minutes if that does not work then definitely call your ISP to see if the issues on their side because it should be if what i said doesnt work.

EDIT: To make sure you actually got fried check your router logs, if its clear then you know you didnt.

This is why I'd strongly advise using a VPN, there is too many 12yr old modders who think they're gods because they got a RGH for christmas
