I was actually one of the people who thought having badges for Top Poster or Top Thanked of the month wouldn't be a terrible idea and after seeing the "spam activity" that's been going on, I'm switching over to the side which says "It's a terrible idea."

I agree with you on this one man I've been trying to gain post like this as well so i wouldn't really consider them spam.

I personally don't see the problem with the influx of posts it's created even if some are spam, it'll die down anyway.

People are competitive this was always going to happen, they'll spam just to win

I've personally been posting a lot more, but I am still reading the topic and posting something relevant to it. As long as people are posting something related to the post and not giving short replies, I don't see a problem with it.

To be frank, I wouldn't say it's one post, just looking at one post of a user would look normal on here but if you were to look at the same user's posts on the same section (Introductions and Milestones for example) you'd see how repetitive and careless their posts are.
