Ask if he has any vouches ?
If it's on a forum keep all message's.
And pay in business I THINK (wait for another member to confirm) on paypal so you can chargeback if you get scammed and hopefully get money back.
If he's chill he should have no problem going first provided that you show him you have no intention of scamming

This guy wants me to go first and I'm paying $100 so I'll see what I can do with that and also he said he used to have vouches but he doesn't go on forums anymore since he has his final, that's basically what he said but this is the first time I'm buying an og tag so hopefully I don't get scammed
