Can i use horizon to change licensing on dlc to my account to play it and download it as mine? if so please dpm me i need help

ive been searching EVERYWHERE for a way to get my gh3 dlc for xbox 360 and not one way to get it man ughhhhh

You can always buy it
its not on the store anymore thats why i cant get it without doing other ways of getting it
Sorry to break it to you but there's no way of getting it free. not unless it's bought or transferred by licence transfer from another account.
