So I just got my PC built I am re downloading all my games they run just fine in game but while downloading they cause a lot of issues they cause the mouse to hang/freeze and was wondering is there a way to fix this? I dont understand why downloading would run my computer like this on this computer but on my IMac or laptop they run just fine let it be I am not on the latest version of windows on those computers. Could this be being caused by GSYNC maybe it is running on my desktop for some reason.
