I use the light theme during the day and to not nuke my eyes during the night, I use dark.

I'm like the opposite of everyone I like dark during the day, makes it easier to see when there is light out, and during the night I use light & clear and just turn down my brightness

Most of the time I do run the Dark & Serious theme, but I do like both so I tend to switch between the two.

I use the light, it reminds me of the old ttg far more than the dark does, even though I still think the dark looks good.
