Hello everyone and welcome back to another video. Today I am going to be showing you how to spawn in random NPC's in GTA 5 Online
Step 1) Get in a helicopter
Step 2) Go into first person
Step 3) Press Start - Go over to friends and select the friends menu
Step 4) Simply scroll up and down your friends menu and you'll notice people falling from the sky, simples!
