So I just recently bought the Turtle Beach Stealth 420x+ and whenever I talk to friends they can hear every little sound in the background, anyway I could make it so where they can't here all the background noise? Or is it impossible

are they hearing a fan?
the mic is the reason they can hear it, the mic is picking up the background noise. maybe put it close to your mouth so it only hears you?
