Okay, so i've turned it off multiple times, edited the launch.ini on my pc(Also, it says it's disabled in the .ini but it still boots up with it on), and now i'm unsure of what i can do to fix this. Anyone able too help?

Did you hover over your hdd in dash launch and press x,a then b?

I know there's a certain server (which will not be named due to site rules) that keeps it turned on so it could be that. If that's not your issue, then the server you're using could be down.

Yeah, after i disable it and reboot, it's back on.

"Enable liveblock, xhttp and livestrong. delete every plugin. save to ini and then reboot and put the plugins back on, disable xhttp, livestrong and liveblock, save to ini and reboot. it should stop resetting."

Do you have xbOnline files on your rgh? Because that enables it and won't disable. You'll have to remove those to connect with a new server

Have you checked the KV, i know sometimes it does that if it is banned
