Same concept and ideas, it doesn't need to be the exact same to be a copy.

I could say the exact same about all his designs for clans, they look EXACTLY the same as all these other clans designs lol

If he likes the concept, what's the problem? He's not hurting anyone. It would be different if he took the user's .psd files (or whatever he uses), changed it up a bit and claimed it as his own, but no. He made it all himself so it shouldn't be an issue.

Just because the one you have is unique, doesn't mean all his designs are. I'm assuming you guys are pretty close since you took this post to heart, so that could be why he actually took time to make something different for you.

I'm taking the piss, both designs have the blur behind the text and similar text, he's saying because I have a few rectangles and name in a bar that mine is a rip off of another design lol
