I don't know that many gym workouts, depends what you want to focus on.

For meals, chicken and rice/vegetables is always a good option, aswell as omelets after you workout. If you want something before you do, go with whole wheat toast and bananas, or maybe a smoothie. There's tons of options, just depends what you prefer to have.

when it comes to losing excess body fat and gaining muscle. it all starts with the 80/20 plan. so 80% diet, 20% workout.

cardio is so cliche and a dirty word but it will help you go leaps and bounds when it comes to getting off that initial excess waste.

apple cider vinegar- tastes absolutely disgusting but proven to get ride of some of the excess waste that is stuck inside of you (basically fiber on roids)

a good workout plan- all depends on what you're aiming for. good arms? tight abs? well rounded body? that is all up to you and there are plenty of workouts on the internet you can find whether you do an 8 minute ab video before each of your workouts and then find a corssfit video that you do after that or whatever. there are plenty of resources on the internet that can help you when it comes to workout

actually losing the weight- CONSISTENCY IS KEY. a consistent amount of sleep, a consistent diet, consistent workout. it's all super essential when it comes to losing weight. when you're working out yes you want to confuse your muscles with different movements and such but when it comes to eating and sleeping, you DO NOT want to confuse your body at all.

calorie counting- my fitness pal on the app store is super good when it comes to calorie counting. you put in your current weight, goal weight and it tells you the amount of calories your should be intaking each day. you can also keep track of the food you eat and the workouts you do in there as well and it helps you with the entire process. i recommend that to anyone who is a novice and isn't aware of what to do.

if there are any other questions you may have feel free to PM me. i kind of just ranted on here.

good luck on your adventure to bettering yourself!!
