So I've decided I wanted to maybe start getting a little healthier. I'm not fat but I'm not exactly ripped. Not trying to get ripped just want to start feeling better with my body and health, if anyone could give me a diet that I can use, I need all the help I can get because I honestly don't have a clue where to even start.

There is different ways you can either lean bulk to gain muscle mass or you can just cut. But tbh you havent given me any information on what you want to do with your body you have pretty much just said give me a diet. I myself have been lean bulking for nearly 2 years no and have put on good quality muscle.

Start off by cutting off any fatty foods; chips, candy, pop, etc (although you can still have these often if you consistently workout). Stick to water. You don't need a gym membership to be healthier. You could do whatever you want first, such as going on 30 min walks, and do that every day or maybe even twice a day and then try going on runs (condition yourself). Not even to lose weight, but to get more fit. But it benefits you in both areas. That's what you could do for starters.
