I've watched the videos above that apply to me, but I'm a newer player to Overwatch, so I don't know any techniques, where to begin, etc. I feel like I need tips and tutorials that are even more simplified. I love this thread so far. I'll definitely keep checking on this thread for tips and help!

If you come across or know of any other helpful videos off the top of your head, feel free to either pm them to me or let me know if you decide to post them into this thread!

(Xbox one)
The main thing what makes a Bronze and what makes a Grandmaster is Positioning.

I was high master last season 3.9k (3.6k season 5 after placements)

One example being on Temple of Anubis attack.
If a Widowmaker is set up top in the back, And no one to deal with her.

I call that "Free range" meaning that she can miss/ dink or just weaken anyone at any point with zero distractions or pressure and no need to move positions.

If you can master positioning with certain characters, and how to hold a choke with a important character, you can easily rank up in the lower divisions.

If i had to give any advise to anyone in silver-low diamond (3,000-3,300) and even low masters (3,500-3,700)
Just learn positioning with all classes, and don't attempt to one trick (looking at you mercy mains) because you'll eventually get stuck at a rank where people know how to counter your main.
