I have the chaotic 360 halo tool but the ranlk and credits dont stick and the commedations wont even apply anyone know why or can link me to a tool?

AppNet has Halo Reach, but not sure if it works since I haven't actually tested it myself. If you have the tool, wouldn't hurt to try.

Commendations dont stick online, and theres a 200k max exp daily cap.

Theirs a workaround for this say your account hasnt been on the game in a week you can go ahead and bump it up for all 7 days worth of exp that you missed
