I got banned for 24 hours on Xbox , I was playing zombie land on black ops 2 ( in a private match in which I wasn't host and got kicked of with a message saying " This account has been sighed in elsewear , so I can't get on my account for around 10 minutes but when I do I'm banned, is this my fault or is there some way I can write an appeal

You always run a ban risk on modded lobbies/accounts. You can try to send an appeal but you're better off just making a new account.

Oh, it's only 24 hours. Just make a new account and play on it for a while lol.

this was a new account but ima wait it out and is it possible to make a new Xbox live account with the same Microsoft account?

im just wondering that maybe someone else logged onto my account, it was a temporary account until my I got my other account back but is there a chance a modded loged into my account with the spoof tool? Because it was a temporary account I decided to call it "fidget spinner" and maybe a modern thought it was funny or something? I'm not sure , but to be be clear I'm not trying to say TTG are responsible just looking for advice but thanks

Pretty sure you're going to have to make a new e-mail and make the account on Xbox.com.

There's always a chance of being banned while in a modded lobby

On xbox.com when you sign in to the banned account, go to enforcement history and it shows all your bans etc it also shows the reason. You can normally appeal to them but it's rare they accept them.




EDIT!

When Microsoft bans your accounts it will log you out and say "Account logged in elsewhere" do not be alarmed, this is what happens when they ban you whilst you are on the account. I have been banned god knows how many times and that is what happens

only made this account a while ago but il wait , plus I'm getting my main account back soon enough so il stay safe until then

thanks, just found out out a lot of the people in the lobby were banned
