I've read several times about people charging back the money they sent to someone for services via PayPal.

I'm just curious if Google Wallet is much safer to avoid these types of situations, if anybody has any knowledge of it.

I have it downloaded on my phone already and set up, I just don't know if it's better to use than PayPal.

You will not avoid this situation on Google Wallet.

Paypal is probably better just because google has TERRIBLE customer support when it comes to anything. I had a google phone and it was a nightmare to get it replaced.

Also you could easily get your money back on Paypal if you just contact them. I've done it 3 or 4 times and took only an hour of my time.

Ahh, I see. I have a friend (who offers his services on TTG) and is having trouble with a customer who charged back $10 from his PayPal wallet.

The dispute has to be accepted by PayPal for him to actually lose this money, correct? It just says that his account is "-10,00".

It's a lot harder to cancel Google Wallet Peer to Peer Transactions.

I trust Google Wallet a lot more.

Why not tell your friend to stop having his payments gifted and have them pay as goods or bill them an invoice if he doesn't wanna deal with chargebacks.
