Who is your favorite athlete and why ? They can be from any sport. Also, please don't start arguing with others as to which athlete is better. You can respectfully state your opinion without starting a flame war.
My favorite athlete is Michael Jordan. I think he's the hardest working athlete I've seen and have much respect for him. By far my favorite athlete and basketball player.

Michael Jordan would be my favorite athlete that isn't playing anymore. Probably Russell Wilson as my favorite right now. I'm a Seattle Seahawks fan and I don't know how you couldn't like him. He goes to the Seattle Children's Hospital every Tuesday and gives out jerseys, signed pictures, etc to sick kids. Not even just that, but he's a really good player also.

Im a panthers fan started watching football in 2005 i read about a book of the history of the panthers i can tell you most of the history of the panthers you know rae curruth and stuff but when steve smith got traded to the ravens i was legit heartbroken but i still loved him i did not like the ravens but steve smith was legit the only player i looked at on that team after every game because i live in north carolina and it rarely shows raven games on the tv. once a panther always a panthers fan

Mine growing up was always Derek Jeter. I always looked up to him and how intensely he played the game.
