Every time when I have Headache, I eat something, drink 0,5l water, open the window and have a nap

And if this doesn't help I take a Painkiller for headache.

Sorry to hear that man hopefully it get's better for you soon, if not i'd recommend visiting your doctor or taking a trip to the ER and see if it's something more then just a migraine. I hope things clear up soon buddy
