Here is how to get iOS 11.
It is still a bit buggy since its in beta but Ive been using it and it has worked okay for me

1.Click that link and then download the profile
(Make sure you use safari to download it as well or it will not work)
2. Once its downloaded then just restart your phone like it tells you
When your phone is back on go to software update and search for an update, and it will show
iOS 11 is a 2gb update though so it will take a while. Once youve updated then you have iOS 11.

if your nit interested in testing it out, or developing on it i would stay on your current ios, especially if your looking to jailbreak.

I got it yesterday and it's pretty nice, a little buggy but it's cool. Mainly the control center is what was the big change.

I downloaded it on Sunday, installed it and by yesterday night, I recovered my iPhone completely. It looks cool but I'll just wait for it to actually be released and it gets past these buggy stages, I don't mind my iOS 10.

I found it drained my battery life very quickly!
