Just curious, if you guys had the ability to go back and change one thing you've done/should've done, what would it be?

And for anyone who believes in the butterfly effect, let's act like that won't effect this

I was actually thinking about this at work today. Would I go back and talk to that one girl? Study harder and get to a better school and maybe stay there and graduate? Work my ass off in Tennis and get selected to play at a D1/D2 school?

I would definitely choose work my ass off in Tennis. I could have gone to a D3 private school, but tuition was too damn expensive.

I got into a fight when I was a sophomore, it ended up getting me kicked off of the football team, and I never pursued joining it back in Junior or Senior year. Even if I was just average, I probably would have gotten a scholarship for my size alone. I'm 6'6" about 250ish lbs. I would have killed it in football.

I got into the fight because someone was messing with an autistic kid in my PE class. So, I made sure he wasn't going to be doing it anymore. A teacher saw it and I got the punishment for it. But he never messed with Freddy (the autistic kid) again.

If I was to change something, it would be to try and join the team back in Junior year. I don't regret getting into the fight, and standing up for someone who couldn't. But I do wish I would have joined back, my life could potentially be completely different if I played football.

Much respect. Glad you stood up for the kid, even if it got you kicked off the team.

I think of this all the time really. Late night thoughts
Probably go back and say stuff i never got to say to my mam who passed away 3 years ago.
Maybe concentrate more in school.

I'm never sure i don't think any of us are because if a miracle was to happen and we did get an opportunity like this i don't think we'd know exactly what we want. Weird.

Well when your older you will always look back at this as a good thing. Many people don't have the balls to do what you did. Most would just watch and walk away or laugh about it. Thanks foe being the bigger man and showing people what really matters. + Rep for you.
