dont have any atm setting up for my new rgh; should i just put the dll from the zip file into my rgh when i get it?

Yes in order for it to work you need the files th at come with the tool and plugins, google " RGH plugin shit " you should come across a download for all plugins, or ask the seller if he can provide you with them.
